The new IPL 2022 team is currently up for auction, with a few players added and a few added daily. The Indian Premier League (IPL) is the most visited cricket league in the world. In 2010, the IPL became the first sporting event in the world to be hosted by a large number of fans. There are 14 seasons in the race to be the Indian Premier League champions. 

IPL 2022 is scheduled to be the fifteenth season of the Indian League Championship (IPL). The first tournament of the Indian Premier League took place in 2007. It is usually held between March and May every year.

IPL 2022 New Teams

The IPL 2022 Open will likely be played on March 27, 2022 at Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. The Indian Cricket Board (BCCI) has decided to add two new terms to the IPL 2022 tournament. It is a Mega Audition event before the start of the IPL 2022 match. 74 games will be played in the 15th round of the IPL. In total, each IPL 2022 team will play 7 home games and 7 away games, meaning each team will play a total of 14 games during this IPL 2022 season.


This season is the same format as in 2011, when there were 10 teams in the IPL. The license is divided into two 5 groups. In 2011, when there were a total of 10 teams, Kochi Tuskers and Pune Warriors were two new teams added in addition to the other 8 teams.


Indian Premier League 2020 Mega Audition


The 2022 Indian Premier League (IPL) mega trial has started on 25 October 2021. BCCI has selected six of the six cities, two of which will eventually be added to the IPL 2022 team. And those cities are Ranchi, Ahmadabad, Guwahati, Dharamshala, Lucknow and Cuttack.


Both teams were settled after some tough hours at the bidding hall in Dubai on 25 October 2021. We have 2 new IPL 2022 teams and they are in Ahmedabad and another in Lucknow.


RP Sanjiv Goenka Group made the highest bid of Rs 7,090 million and decided to choose Lucknow as the new franchise city. While Irelia Company PTE Limited. (CVC Capital Partners) won the Ahmedabad franchise offer of $ 5,625 million for a new franchise deal.

IPL 2022 Teams 



The RPSG offering is 250% higher than the original BCCI base price, and the CVC capital offering is 160% higher than the original BCCI price for the IPL 2022 2022 team.

Lucknow and Ahmedabad now officially have IPL teams. More staff means more IPL. Indian Premier League (IPL) means more motivation and interest for fans and followers. In 2022 there are 10 teams that will play in Indian Premier League 202. All 10 IPL 2020 teams are:

The BCCI is happy. to welcome the new teams in this Indian Premier League session. The increase in the number of teams has increased the number of matches this season. Now, the number of games has grown from 60 games to 74 games. But teams will only play the same number of games.
